Most of us wrongly associate racism with only name calling and the like. I think racism is also when a 25-year-old American, with a Degree in Humanities, comes to Botswana to work at a Clinic, while a 25-year-old Motswana, with a Degree in Humanities, is unemployed. Structural racism.
