April 2012 to September 2015, my longest time in the UK without going home. It looks like I’m heading that way again: the last time I was home was in May 2019. However, this time the intensity of homesickness is much better. Whilst it’s still work in progress, I think I’ve perfected my coping mechanisms… 😊
