Four years ago today, I graduated with a Graduate Certificate in Management Studies. It’s worth pointing out that I did so with a condoned pass in one Module.
While studying for the very demanding Online Programme, I had two jobs: a full time job as a customer service assistant at Sainsburys and was a part time waiter at La Tasca restaurant.
Tomorrow, I’m graduating with a Master of Research in International Development, with Merit.
To the ‘young’ ones, in particular, always start somewhere, with whatever you’ve got. Always. And most importantly, believe in yourself, your goals, and your dreams.
