Water tanks must be installed and refilled at all times, hand wash basins, washing soap and toilet paper to be provided.
I should add that according to Daily News, Assistant Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Hon Setlhabelo Modukanele said: “this is an emergency that needs extraordinary measures for it to be addressed”.
