MP Ndaba Gaolathe

‘’nb. i challenge those who put me into a box and claim that “ndaba is an economist”. in fact, i am not. i am a citizen of the globe who takes time to learn, and chooses to apply his knowledge in the service of his fellow-men/women with an appetite to empower themselves and better their lives. i have invested long hours of my life learning from those with experience or those who have written to share their insights across many fields, not just in economics but many other fields including sewing, weaving, herding, physics, geography, biology, astronomy, philosophy, literature, trench-digging, brick-laying, mathematics and teaching. please do not put me in a box, i am no economist, and i cannot be boxed into a category (and should anyone) – i am a simple student of the universe. i have found that those who are afraid to learn, those who are afraid to cross boundaries of their own knowledge, those who refuse to see or realise their own potential – in other words, those who box themselves – tend to put others in a box without realising so.’’ – MP Ndaba Gaolathe
