My Uncle Willy

Here, at his house in Ga-Phatshwa, just outside the capital Gaborone, is my uncle Willy, his wife, daughter, and nephew, my sister and Miska. My cousin, Gorata, Willy’s niece is the photographer missing.
Willy is a Radiographer and a Farmer. And he studied in Zambia, I think Lusaka. He is very talkative and an eloquent storyteller, perhaps, similar to his 91-year-old mother, my grandmother. Back in the mid to late 90s, I used to look forward to his captivating train journey stories, particularly during his time at the copper belt country.
