The Sesung boy admitted at Tlhomo because of his phathisi skills is the late Laone. His mother, Sarah, helped in taking care of my favourite cousins during their final days: Percily le Mookamedi. Whilst I have met with Mmaagwe Laone on many occasions both at Percily and Mookamedi’s parents’, I especially appreciated —and will always cherish—our chance encounter on the Gaborone-Kanye bus in 2018.
